We use a proven phased approach to address key components of procurement transformation, starting with an experience-based assessment and followed by parallel delivery of training program. We then work with you to develop and implement a roadmap to successfully streamline solutions and improve the business process.

This is the simple reason we call it coaching and not training as your people know the process and are following it well, maybe with different efficiency levels, the art is to built a team that will function to internal and external factors and deliver amazing results.  After a complete audit of your process and team capabilities a tailor made course module is designed that transforms the team to a different level, we believe in building a proactive procurement process that can absorb shock and deliver required results.

Depending on the requirement the training will be spread across multiple weeks, as we don’t believe in dumping too much information in a short period of time.Apart from coaching we can also develop department KPI and reporting struc​tures and templates.
